The Rosewood Journey – A Guided Tour & Annual General Meeting 2021 | October 23, 2021
Date(s) - 23/10/2021
4:00 pm - 6:30 pm
Rosewood Hong Kong, Salon II, The Pavilion on L4
No. 18 Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha Tsui
It is our pleasure to invite you for a Rosewood experience on Saturday, October 23, 2021.
As the landmark tower of the Victoria Dockside, the Rosewood Hong Kong (RWHK) comprises a short-stay hotel, guest amenities and serviced residences, and anchors the TST neighborhood along the waterfront. The irregular, stepped form of the tower expresses its multiple programmatic divisions while maintaining a cohesive exterior language. Panoramic glass insets offer unobstructed views of Victoria Harbour, while stone piers communicate the tower’s verticality. From other neighborhoods, the tower’s disposition shifts depending on one’s vantage, contributing to a dynamic skyline.
In this event, Florence Chan, AIA, HKIA, Director of Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates in Hong Kong, will walk us through her Rosewood design journey. The event will also include a video featuring Alison Chi, Managing Director of tonychi studio, who will discuss the hotel’s interior design concept and the use of American Hardwood in RWHK.
The Annual General Meeting will be held prior to the Rosewood Journey. Members are encouraged to attend.
Light refreshments will be served.
Under the current Hong Kong health restrictions and for us to have a physical event that includes light refreshments, RWHK requires all attendees to have had at least one COVID-19 vaccination and be able to show their vaccination record at the venue. Attendees are also required to use the Leave Home Safe app to register upon arrival.
This event is generously sponsored by the American Hardwood Export Council (AHEC).
