Come and join the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on October 31, 2026. The program will cover the Chapter Report, the 2027 Chapter Election, and initiatives for the 30th Anniversary celebration.

The AGM will be followed by a seminar themed Home Coming: Creating Spaces of Connection. To align with this year’s theme Building Belonging, this seminar will explore how different disciplines – developers, suppliers, designers, and architects, are fostering a sense of belonging among diverse stakeholders. From creating a “home” for residents and communities to embedding values of inclusivity and connection in design, the discussion will highlight both current measures and future visions.

Representatives from Kadoorie Estates, Hyatt, via., and Roca China will present the philosophies behind their work and share how their practices contribute to this “homecoming” atmosphere.

The panel discussion will provide an opportunity to compare perspectives across disciplines, encouraging dialogue on how developers, operators, designers and suppliers can collaborate to build spaces that are not only functional but also emotionally meaningful.

A networking reception will follow, offering a platform for attendees to exchange ideas, foster dialogue, and build connections within the architecture and design community.

Thank you Roca and LAUFEN as the F&B sponsor for the event.
