2026 AIA Hong Kong Honors & Awards: Now Open for Submissions!

We are now accepting submissions for 2026 AIA Hong Kong Honors & Awards!

Our annual program celebrates exceptional achievements in architecture, interiors, urban design, and unbuilt projects by Chapter members and other licensed architects. For nearly 30 years, this program has recognized the architects and projects that have shaped our region’s built environment.

Last year’s move to Award Force made the submission process smoother for everyone involved, and we will continue to use this platform in 2026. We’re also carrying forward our alignment with the AIA Framework for Design Excellence, which keeps sustainability, equity, resilience, and well-being at the forefront of how we evaluate every entry.

This year’s award categories are:

• Architecture
• Interiors
• Urban Design
• Unbuilt Projects
• Open International (for entries from licensed architects who are not yet AIA members)

We encourage you to take this opportunity to showcase your work and be recognized for your contributions to the architectural landscape. Winners join an exclusive community of designers who have shaped Hong Kong, the GBA, and the Asia-Pacific region.

This year, we have invited another outstanding jury of leading architects and design professionals from across the region and will share their details through email and social media channels very shortly.

Submit your strongest work. Show us how you are designing responsive buildings, interiors and livable cities that enrich lives and sustain the environment.

Submissions close at 5:00 PM on Friday, September 4, 2026.
