Set within a beautiful natural setting, the recently opened Che Kung Temple Sports Complex serves the Shatin community as both a sports centre and a place of leisure. Unlike the majority of similar sports facilities in Hong Kong where everything is tightly packed into a “box”, the Che Kung Temple Sports Centre features a series of naturally ventilated garden-like spaces that enrich the user experience and make the building more sustainable.
We are delighted to have Mr. Thomas CK Wan, Chief Architect of the Architectural Services Department lead us through the sports centre on October 30th, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 noon, with support from Mr. Donald Leung, Senior Architect, and Mr. CS Suen, Project Architect.
As both members and non-members are welcome to attend this event, please email rsvp@aiahk.org to save your spot now.
