You are invited to join us on a guided walking tour of AIRSIDE, the newly opened 1.9 million SF mixed-use commercial development comprising a 200m-tall tower with stunning views of Victoria Harbour and the Kai Tak River. The tour will be jointly led by Steven Au, the Deputy General Manager of Nan Fung Development, and Zeth Ko, Senior Architect and design lead for AIRSIDE from Snøhetta.

AIRSIDE is the first building in Hong Kong to target five green building certifications: US LEED (Platinum Pre-certified); WELL Building Standard (R) (Platinum Pre-certified); BEAM Plus Neighbourhood Final Platinum; BEAM Plus New Building Provisional Platinum; and China Green Building Label Final 3-Star.

Tour Leaders

Steven Au, Deputy General Manager, Nan Fung Development

Steven joined Nan Fung in 2017, prior to which time he worked with several other leading property developers, consultants and contractors. He has more than 20 years of experience in planning, design and project management, and specializes in commercial developments, residential, institutional and hospitality projects in Hong Kong, Macau and China.

Steven is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Engineers, the Institution of Structural Engineers and also acts as a Registered Professional Engineer.

Zeth Ko, Senior Architect, Snøhetta

Zeth is the project design lead for AIRSIDE and a senior architect at Snøhetta. He managed all aspects of architectural, interior and landscape design for the project, from the initial schematic proposal through to completion. Together with the design team in Oslo, Snøhetta worked around the clock to deliver the AIRSIDE project during the pandemic, for the benefit of both private and public users.
