Dear Friends of AIA Hong Kong

The Young Architects Group (YAG) of the AIA Hong Kong Chapter is proud to launch our 2024 Architect Registration Exam (ARE) Study Program to assist emerging professionals with their ARE preparation. Successfully passing the exam will be a significant milestone in your journey towards obtaining your American architectural license, which holds widespread international recognition and opens doors for career advancement within the profession.

Led by US licensed AIA Hong Kong members, our study sessions integrate content review, study strategies, tips and tricks, and sample questions. Below are details of the ARE 5.0 Study Program for this year:

Guest speakers may be invited for the above sessions.
All sessions are provided gratis and will be offered both in-person and online via Zoom.
Sessions 1 and 2 are open to both members and non-members of the AIA. Sessions 3 and 4 require AIA membership for registration.

Instructor

Winnie Lo, AIA

Winnie Lo is a registered Architect in New York State. She completed her ARE and AXP requirements in late 2021 and moved back to Hong Kong in 2022 where she is currently Chair of the Chapter’s ARE Study Group. Professionally, she is working on the Redevelopment of the Ho Sin Hang Campus at Hong Kong Baptist University in her role as an Architect at Wong & Ouyang.
