The Seminar:

While insurance in some form is mandatory for all businesses in Hong Kong, for example, Employees’ Compensation insurance that was discussed in depth last time, Part 2 of this seminar will focus on MPF, Professional Indemnity and other types of insurance that can enhance the smooth running of your practice, as well as help with the practice’s succession planning.

As last time, the seminar will include a Q&A session during which your individual insurance concerns can be discussed.

The Speaker:

Ivy Tam, AIA Hong Kong affiliate member, received her undergraduate degree at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) and MBA from The University of Sydney (USyd). Previously, she worked in the building industry with leading companies such as Armstrong and Hunter Douglas.  Ivy is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Insurance Consultant and MPF Advisor, with over ten years professional experience in the insurance industry, and clientele including several architectural and interior design firms.  As a member of the Professional Insurance Brokers Association (PIBA), Ivy can source and compare products from different insurers to help find the most suitable plan for her clients.
