Dear Members,
AIA Hong Kong is extending our Smart City series to the neighborhood scale.
The Neighborhood Innovation Lab is a joint initiative by AIA members from Architecture Commons and Epiphany Labs. Their teams seek to understand how we can shape our neighborhoods and foster identity through an inclusive, human-centered design approach.
The Neighborhood Innovation Lab has already initiated a pilot project in Wanchai’s Star Street Precinct. They have led community walks, held public engagement workshops, and conducted 1-on-1 interviews and other listening sessions. This workshop will share their findings and will be followed by two panel discussions.
